Tailor Your Own Way
If none of these fit, begin a conversation.
None of the five quite right? Tell us who is coming, what you are curious about, and how long you can stay. We will draft a program — usually two or three iterations — until it actually fits your group.
A lens, not a checklist.
Most of what we do begins as a conversation, not a catalogue. The five thematic experiences are starting points — useful because they sketch what is possible, not because they exhaust it. Half of our programs end up bespoke, woven from threads of two or three of the named lenses, or built around a question we have not heard before.
The process is straightforward. We ask who is coming and why, what time of year you can travel, what you would rather not do. We propose a sketch — a region or two, a few of the people we work with, a rough pace — and then iterate. By the time you arrive, the program has been shaped twice or three times around your particular delegation, institution, or curious community.

Bring your delegation, your institution, or your curious community to the real East.
Tell us who you’re bringing and what you’re looking for. We’ll design the program around it.
